Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at tracy@fashionistize.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

4. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during delivery.
