Teaching Art @kids
Date:Dec 2026
As the year comes to a close, festivities like Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year are approaching. However, I’m currently busy teaching kids while also preparing for 2026. I’ve planned out lessons for the students, and most kids in Hong Kong are quite familiar with drawing classes, having been exposed to them from a young age. Therefore, I need to create something more engaging and challenging for them. So far, I’m pleased to say that the parents are quite happy with the progress!

I just confirmed a teaching position at a primary school for a DIY art class, and now I need to design the course! This will be my first experience with DIY art, and I’m really excited about it. One idea I have is 絨球畫, or pom-pom painting. we can create paintings using pom poms or even stamp them onto the canvas. It’s a fresh beginning for me, and I anticipate that 2026 is going to be a challenging year!

The first class is at the beginning of January, and I can’t wait!
